This recent project was unique because the area worked on was an add-on to the original home. The masonry on the house started to settle and pull away after a few years which required the team remove all of the existing brick and completely rebuilt the wall from scratch.

With this job, our team was alerted after the original stone started to fall off the home. Once the veneer was removed, we found that a thin sheeting was used to support the stone. We addressed this by replacing that sheeting with OSB plywood to better structurally support the weight of the veneer.

This commercial building project required a good deal of scaffolding. There was water that started to penetrate the masonry coping which resulted in our team having to relay the parapet walls. 

This chase lid and flashing project had endured years of flaking so our team came in and replaced this with a durable chase lid for a more permanent solution along with brand new flashing.

This chimney project had multiple spaulding brick around the base of the chimney due to moisture and water penetration. Our team demolished the chimney down to the foundation and reconstructed it back to its original design.
